Last year, I had 4 windows replaced. That experience was so positive that I replaced 2 picture windows and my backdoor last week. The entire experience from the initial sales call until the crew packed up, it was better than I expected.
We had such a wonderful experience with our installation last week! Absolutely beautiful windows and a new door! Makes our family room feel like a brand new space.
The crew, led by Antony, worked efficiently and effectively. The installation was completed in a timely fashion and the clean up left little evidence that a major project had been completed in our living room. The sliding doors are great! They move easily and quietly. There is marked difference over the doors that were replaced.
Jeff handled the sale process perfectly and triple verified the measurements. Brian and his install crew members were very professional. You get what you pay for.
We had five windows and a sliding door replaced with Renewal by Andersen and it was a great experience from the initial sales meeting to the final installation. Everyone we worked with was wonderful, especially Mike, Nick, and Todd who installed everything on a super cold day.

My recent window install with Renewal by Anderson Window was excellent. I recently purchased my dream property in Delaware and needed 3 new windows. I looked at other estimates but Jeffrey provided excellent customer service and clearly and concisely explained why this product was better than the rest. The install process documentation approval and install was extremely smooth. They provided me with additional information needed for my condo board to approve the project in a timely manner and kept me informed as the windows were being prepared and scheduled for install. On the day of install, I thought it would be an all day event but it was not. The installers were thoughtful, professional, timely and proficient in what they did. I also had other contractors working at my home on other projects and they worked well in the same space. My contractor even commented not only to me but to the installers about the quality of their work. I also got to meet with Jeffrey and provide my feedback about the excellent job he and his team did regarding my windows. I hope to get the remaining 3 done next year if possible.
100% recommend this company! The sales rep, Chris Silvestri, was personable, professional, and did a great job of explaining the process. He estimated delivery in January. The installation crew - Delaware Mike and his team: A+++! They were in and out in a day, with 7 windows to install. They clean up after themselves, demonstrate the ease of using these windows, and are just the nicest guys! Renewal by Anderson products: 100% worth the investment. The temperature improvement is phenomenal! The windows have also improved sound reduction (wasn't something I'd even considered, tbh). The estimated install was mid-January. I got my new windows the week before Christmas. I am a VERY happy customer!!!
