We purchased new windows. William, the salesman, explained the products in detail very well. The installation was sooner than expected. All 7 windows that we purchased were installed in one day! The crew inspected the wood framing prior to installing the new windows to insure a solid fit. Afterwards, they made sure that nothing was left behind. Now, thanks to the new windows, our house is warm and cozy.

I want to thank the people and Rolox Home service for the new windows . They were very professional about the sale and installation of 22 windows. Dustin Myers was the sales person that showed us the different products and we were convinced that Rolox windows were the one that would work for us. They contacted us in a timely manner and were able to answer any questions that we might have. The crew of three people were able to install all 22 windows in just one day. If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes I would not have believed it. They were very polite and professional about the work they did and each of them knew what they needed to do to accomplish the task at hand. Again I would recommend Rolox windows to anyone that is seeking to have new windows installed on their home.

5 stars for Rolox Home Service! They did an incredible job with our full exterior overhaul. The siding looks impeccable, the windows operate beautifully, and the gutters were perfectly installed. They were transparent about pricing, offered great advice on materials, and kept us updated throughout the process. They are true professionals who care about the final result, and it shows! (And I forgot to mention the windows will be much easier to clean!)

How many positive things can I say about Rolox? From the initial order with Dustin to the door and window installation with Brent, to Jr and his crew for the siding installation, the whole company is customer-service oriented and focused. Dustin was accessible from Day 1 and answered every question and every random thought I had comprehensively and with transparency, and always same-day. They sided my 3-story house and garage, both of which were in rough shape, as I bought a fixer-upper. I didn't want to just "cover-up" bad spots on my 123 year old wood-sided house (which Rolox wouldn't have done anyway) but Jr was careful, and communicative when a trouble spot was found. He worked with us to structure the completion of the job so we could make needed repairs while he worked around us. He and his crew were incredibly hard workers! They put in long hours in the middle of January and had the whole job done in 2 weeks, and it's beautiful! Jr also worked with me to save what original trim I could, and was creative about coming up with solutions when it wasn't straightforward. He knows his business, and his guys are a great team! They also cleaned up when the job was done and my yard looked cleaner than when they started! I'm so pleased with their work, and I highly recommend them. From signing the contract to having Jr start the siding was about 4.5 months, but in between Brent was there doing the other installation pieces. It felt like a long time to wait for the siding, but I can say now they're absolutely worth the wait, and I would go with Rolox no matter how long it took to get them there. I love my house, and am excited for the gutters to get installed this week. Thanks Rolox, you have a very happy customer!

Just yesterday i had 9 windows replaced at my house and from start to finish this was a fast and friendly process. They did really good work from start to finish. Every promise was kept and everything happend on the timeline they said it would happen. They definitely made this affordable unlike some of the estimates we received throughout this entire process. I actually called and cancelled my appointment set with rolox because i was over all the high estimates received during this process, and i got a phone call asking if i could just give them 30 minutes of my time, so i said sure thats fine. Thats when Dustin came out and that 30 minute promise was kept. Dustin is great with communication from start to finish and great to work with. The guys doing the install are very respectful and they cleaned everything up inside and out after the install. I will be recomending them to people and I will also use them in the future if needed. Great Work Guys.

What can I say about working with Rolox Home Services for the replacement of our home's windows? ...From our initial meeting with Dustin Myers thru the installation of our new windows the experience has been simply awesome. Dustin gave an excellent presentation and demonstration as to why Rolox windows were the best, helped us with the financing options and answered every question we had. We ordered windows and within 60 days they had arrived in the exact size and finish we wanted. The Rolox installation crew was outstanding and installed all 13 windows in one day. Before they were finished they cleaned up any debris left from the installation both inside and outside, checked and rechecked each window to assure that they were installed and operated properly and reinstalled the blind brackets. We could not have asked for anything more of them...Rolox also had one of their craftsmen out to fix a loose portion of a stucco wall on our front porch. Can't even tell there had been an issue! Congratulations to David, Dustin and the Rolox staff on an exemplary job!!!

I have a 25 year old home overlooking the golf course. The living room had three very large side by side double hung windows which didn’t do the view justice. It was a very large opening and I wanted more glass and less frame. I had three different companies out and Rolex had by far, the best solution. The workmanship is great, they matched the interior and exterior trim. I couldn’t be happier and would certainly recommend them
