After7 months of processing since 09/2025 to 04/2026 the solar system was completed and pass all inspection & regulations. The system wasn’t working at all. Solar Optimum technician diagnosed the System found faulty circuit breaker so he replaced it, next day Solar Optimum agent called me to get a permission to send two more technicians to inspect the system, I was like ok cool , next day they found six panels wasn’t even connected that’s really making me disappointed. The funny thing Solar Optimum called me after a week and offered me $500 refund. Such a bad experience.

We’ve had our solar system from Solar Optimum for more than 10 years, and our experience is a great example of why choosing the right company from the beginning matters. They installed a high-quality system that has performed extremely well over the years.
At one point, both of our inverters experienced a manufacturer-related issue. In fact, Solar Optimum identified the problem before we even realized something was wrong. They worked directly with the manufacturer to secure a replacement inverter at no cost and handled the installation quickly and professionally.
When it came time to replace our roof, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Solar Optimum again. Their GAF Master Elite certification and the advantages of having the same company manage both the solar and roofing work provided tremendous peace of mind. The warranty benefits are excellent, and the roofing warranty is transferable, which adds real value and is something many roofing companies do not offer.
We recently completed a full solar removal, reroof, and solar reinstallation project with the Optimum team, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire project was completed in about a week, exactly in line with the schedule that was provided at the start. The crews showed up on time, worked hard, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day despite the significant amount of work involved.
From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service over a relationship spanning more than a decade.

Solar Optimum customer service has been awesome. Communication has been great, and they have kept me in the loop along the way. We just had our roof replaced with them and everything went smoothly. All the concerns I had were addressed, and the folks that did the work were on time, and knowledgeable about their craft. Was in the talks about getting solar for my house and had the forms signed and submitted before the itc went away spoke to numerous people from this company and said my project was going forward waiting on site inspection never came then became hard to get a hold of someone fast forward to today and still no word

I had great experience with Solar Optimum. From beginning to the end they have been very helpful. The sales team, the installer, and the support team were all helpful through the installation. For me it was a turn key project. They have done all engineering drawing, submitted to the city, got the permit, and most importantly they were the key contact with PGE. Solar Optimum applied the SGIP application for me with PG&E and continuously followed up with PG&E. After completing the project and getting the solar system activated Solar Optimum SGIP team continued on interfacing with PG&E for about a year and got my SGIP application approved successfully. I strongly recommend Solar Optimum, they got the experience and they are very supportive.
