Our consultant Sam Cooper, was amazing!! He made everything feel comfortable as a stranger coming into your house. He worked hard to help us get this shower we have been needed for 2 years. He talked us through everything and gave us some great options.
Jose, Juan, and Matt were the guys who installed my shower. They were an amazing team!! They were quick and respectful. They explained what they were doing, showed us things they had found and explaining their next step.
All around this was a much needed project for my family. These guys made it easy and quick. I am so thankful for them and definitely recommend!!

Statewide Remodeling (Oklahoma City) did a phenomenal job installing my new walkin shower and upgrading my 43 year old bathroom. Not only is it esthetically beautiful it is such quality both in material used and expert work done by the installers. They were extremely courteous and in tune with my needs for the shower. Was looking fwd to working w/ professionals. Respected that they knew I should wait, that they might not be the best co. for me while my husband was learning to walk again. They don't take VA insurance, but they were clear.
Day of appt, husband home in wheelchair to help make financial decisions: no show. I called 12 minutes after the hour. What happened? Ohhh, they didn't dispatch anyone (or call me to cancel) because--although the co. had scheduled a NO INSURANCE, YES, I UNDERSTAND, appt--their paperwork was marked VA insurance. And they don't work with that.

They were very professional from the home visit so the way to setting up the payments. I truly believe the people I worked with did everything to ensure I was taken care of. They called every step of the way to ensure everything was going as planned. The installer even told me to say the job was not done so he could come back with more caulk the next day to fill the outside of the windows. They beat the competitors price after a competitors price beat theirs. I have not had and any issues with the windows and they have called multiple times to ensure everything was good.

Our installation was the only positive experience that we had with dealing with Statewide. Isaiah and Mark were fantastic and went above and beyond to make the process easier and amazing. The sales person Mike Brock was horrible. If you get him request another sales person or you will have issue after issue. We were quoted one price during the sales appointment. Then as the contract was out together he missed a step and the price changed. Then delays as he tried to figure out the contract, then payment dates were messed up that caused issues. Then we're to get a Costco rebate, but once again Mike didn't do the right contract and a month after we have to redo contracts to get the right things done. It is very stressful and frustrating having to go back and forth on contracts for months and months cause their sales people don't know what they are doing

The 3 man crew showed up early, worked at a fast, steady pace, took a 20 minute lunch break and was right back to working and was done with a 15 window replacement job in less than 8 hours. The guys were quiet, polite, profession and very skilled at their job. I am extremely happy with my new windows!!!

We got Windows from State Wide windows and it was a great choice. The salesman Brian was very good.He listen to us and not try to sell us windows and the moon! The woman who was my outreach on the job, was Hailey. She was sweet and up to date on what was going on. Dan the installer was the best! These windows are the best. I have had other quality windows but these out perform all others!
