When it came time for the installation, the team that arrived absolutely exceeded my expectations. They call themselves the Alpha Squad—Dowon, Mike, Gregg, and Angel—but I’d call them the Dream Team! Their commitment to safety, efficiency, precision, and professionalism was truly impressive.

My first system with no battery is with Sunrun in 2022. Now that I have power outages, I got my second solar system with 3 batteries with Sunrun again thanks to Khelin Young. He explained everything to help me understand why I needed 3 batteries to be connected to both solar systems and make sure I have batteries to cover my future power outages for the entire house. I am on disability and Khelin helped me every step of the way. I can count on him to be there for me.
The cost benefit analysis was explained very clearly, and any and all questions we asked were answered without any hint of duplicity.
I had a great experience with the solar installation. Everything was done on time and correctly, with no issues at all. I highly recommend going solar; it's the best decision I made! The representative, Drew Johnson, was excellent, providing a thorough assessment and ensuring I had enough panels. I'm very satisfied, especially since I had a credit last year instead of a true-up!
I was initially excited about my solar installation, but the savings promised haven’t materialized. My bills are higher than expected, and I'm disappointed with the outcome. I'm considering removing the panels altogether. However, I was advised that solar can be beneficial for others, so maybe it's just my experience.
I found the installation process quite disappointing as the critter guard was installed incorrectly, leading to damage on my roof from pigeon droppings. Additionally, I really wish I had a battery to store energy for nighttime use, as most of my electrical needs arise after dark. Overall, I'm not satisfied.
