Terry’s was simply outstanding! From Caleb coming to the house to walk us through the process, to Josh and his team doing the install. Our home is 120 years old and unique to the time period. Everyone involved was so compassionate to our concerns, and even went well above and beyond to find solutions to unique situations such as our stained glass windows and dormers in the attic. This is a unique company with high standards and it shows throughout. We would recommend this company to anyone and will do business with them again! Prayers for continued success!

I love the windows. They came in sooner than expected, which was great. The price cannot be beat. I had my Maintnence Guy go to Home Depot Menards and even had Lowe’s come here and Terry’s windows still beat their prices. Trent is an amazing person. There was absolutely no mess to clean up. They even swept the floor when they were done. I’m very happy with their service love the windows like I said, and if I could give them more than five stars I would.

March 2026 Terry's Rep. Matt came to our home on time. My wife and I our in our 70's and Matt was awesome in his patience with us. There was no pressure to close a deal and his answers to our questions and his suggestions were very helpful and appreciated. We visited Terry's showroom and closed the deal. We decided to replace traditional picture window with 3 standard windows.

May 29, 2026 Terry's window install crew arrived lead by Troy Flick. Install crew did an awesome job. Any questions was responded to us. Through cleanup of debri and boxes. Quality caulking job around all the windows.

I definitely learned from Matt and Troy the lessons you get what you pay in purchase of windows and the Provia brand, Terry's Sales Staff and Installers are great and trustworthy. Highly recommend to all who read my review.

I had a great experience working with the Zach, the sales representative during my window purchase. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options without making me feel pressured. Zach really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the best fit for my home and budget.

What stood out most was the excellent discount he was able to offer. The pricing was very fair, and the savings made a huge difference in moving forward with the project confidently. Overall, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and effort they put into helping me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Need I say More!!

They did an awesome job with my siding. The price really surprised me based off the great presentation of I received in my home and the customer service.

We replaced our siding, windows, gutters, and front door with Caleb at Terry's Discount Windows and Doors. Their service was exceptional. There was a delay of one week due to a previous job, but they communicated with us every step of the way. They did great work and their work crews were concerned with what we thought. I highly recommend Terry's.

Great experience overall. Trent was so professional and easy to work with. He made the whole process so smooth. He worked within my budget and worked to get me a great price. He was attentive and prompt with his responses. He answered any questions I had and took the time to go over everything with me.

Josh and his crew did the actual installation. They were professional, efficient, and polite. They did a great job cleaning up as they went along - I wasn't sure what to expect but they left my place as clean as when they arrived. The windows and doors look great, and I'm so happy with the whole process and the results.

I highly recommend Terry's if you're looking for windows and doors - definitely a great company to work with!
