Solar since 2019, and I especially want to recognize Thomas Stille, for his outstanding customer service. Throughout the years, he has always been available to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and provide honest, dependable support whenever I needed it. Although I no longer live at the home where the solar system was installed, I wanted to take the time to recognize Thomas for the excellent service he has provided over the years. Even with changes in company ownership, he has consistently been there to help, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. I have every confidence that the new homeowner will be in good hands if they ever need assistance. Thank you, Thomas, for your years of exceptional service. You are a true asset to Trinity Solar.

I love these guys!! Peter Lukianov is the greatest guy ever. Walked me through the install step by step. No surprises, seamless install. Every single person I encountered from Trinity was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even got me a new dryer vent & installed it for free! I would highly recommend Peter and the whole staff at Trinity.

My salesman was straightforward and clear answering each question carefully and to my satisfaction and at my level of understanding.

The large crew that did the actual installation did so efficiently and with great care for my property and took less than a day. The cleanup was thorough. They were courteous and respectful.

The staff that I’ve dealt with in customer service is top notch. Timely Responses to my
every request for updates on a range of subjects. If told they’d call back, they always do. That kind of service seems very rare these days.
We are close to going live and I am anxious to see the results. They have gained my trust during this time and I do not expect to be disappointed. One of my neighbors has signed and two other awaiting the results of my installation. I’ve got great neighbors.

Sales guy was very patient and accommodating. Answered our litany of repetitive questions and always made us feel like we were not being rushed. We were hoping to avail ourselves of the Federal Tax credit before the current administration foolishly eliminated it but Trinity helped us see how this still made financial sense and how we can still benefit down the road. We did roof and solar with them. The teams were all professional and took amazing care of our property. Some last minute changes had to be made to the layout which they walked us through and ensured we understood. We had no hiccups with inspections and went live about 5 weeks after installation of solar, but we also got lucky with speedy inspections by our township and PSE&G. Trinity’s team patiently walked us through the apps, where to turn things on and off, all of it.

Overall I had a wonderful experience and love that we have Solar and Solar Storage in place! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Sales, installation and support teams did a great job. All information was present clearly and repeated as needed to make sure I understood the process. On installation day two changes came and both were handled quickly. Workmanship was very good, the team answered any question I had and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The initial meeting with the rep Brian was super friendly, informative, and professional. Brian was also very patient and took his time to address any and all our concerns and questions. The crew who came in to install the solar panels were efficient and informative-they left our property clean and orderly. The entire project from start to finish-every step was explained and completed on a timely manner. We are very happy with the decision to go solar.

Trinity Solar, along with project manager Gina Daniels and the team of men who installed my new roof and my solar panels, worked very efficiently, completed my job in a timely fashion, and left my premises spotless. The roof looks beautiful and I had no issues at all despite the two major storms that we recently had.
