Mostly positive experiences with knowledgeable designers and skilled installers, though a few customers cite communication gaps and unfinished work.
Note: The provided reviews appear to reflect Tundraland projects rather than Renewal by Andersen of Greater WI. Overall, homeowners praise knowledgeable design consultants, thorough guidance, and professional, tidy installations that look great and progress smoothly. Staff such as Clair, Ben, Cory, Jesse, Chris G, Peter N, and Brad R are frequently highlighted. Costco promotions and financing are viewed positively. Yet reviews also cite communication gaps, misalignment between promises and delivery, unfinished edges or caulking, and occasional scheduling delays, with a few reports of poor service or aggressive sales tactics. The sentiment is favorable overall with execution caveats.

This is our second time working with Tundraland. First shower was done 8 years ago, so decided to go with them again. Bruce, our sales rep, was very helpful and listened well to our needs. Chris, our installer, was on time, worked hard, and cleaned up great. Very happy that we went with Tundraland again.

Brandon did a wonderful job installing our new custom shower. He arrived on time, stuck to business, and made sure grab bars shelves and shower heads were installed to custom fit our needs. Brandon completed the job in a day as advertised. Would recommend Tundraland to anyone, and would recommend Brandon as the installer. He is kind and trustworthy to do the job and do it well. Thanks Brandon for a job well done!!!

Clair came out today and was extremely helpful today. She was very knowledgeable in the products she was selling. Very friendly and personal.
We booked for a install with this company that day. We look forward to working with this company and cannot wait for our finished product.

So I am changing my review. Tundraland has now claimed I broke my shower both times they installed it incorrectly. I contacted the parent company because our shower is still a problem. And the parent company informed me that Tundraland insists I broke the shower both times and they kindly repaired it to be nice. The first install was the shower I selected, the floor was a little dipped. I called Tundraland the tech came out, blew me off and cleaned my shower. The pan cracked later that year. I called Tundraland. The worker sent out said there was no subflooring put beneath the shower pan that's why it cracked. And leaked into my woodwork and basement. It was replaced with a subpar product. The worker was rushing to leave when I got home and their were tools dropping everywhere. I noticed a crack the same day and called. It was eventually replaced. Nothing was said, but it was a rushed job, tools were left behind, the worker left us the strip to stop pan drips and the caulk to put it on ourselves? And left us to put up the curtain rod. I didn't get a discount for the parts I installed myself and I am not an employee so I should not have been expected to finish any work. I think these people should not be trusted with your home. They lie and they are comfortable with it. Tundraland I don't appreciate being blamed for your carelessness it's called accountability, work on that.

Poor communication mixed with poor salesmanship. The initial job that was sold to us was and what was delivered was not the same. Since then we are still waiting on delivery of the promised, contracted tub (Install was August). We have since then been told that the promised tub cannot fit the dimensions measured by the sales rep. We have elevated the problem to middle management and the install manager can't even get answers on what the company is going to do about it from his boss! I feel bad for Costco of Pleasant Prairie since it is their place of business that Tundraland is advertising out of. Have filed with BBB and Wisconsin DATCP.

Representatives from this company were vendors at Cranfeast in Warems Wi. One of the employees was drunk during show and was passed out on lawn during show hours. Very unprofessional. Not someone I would want representing myself or working with on my home improvement.

I requested a quote for our bathroom online. It seemed like a simple way to schedule it. Tundraland called me twice in two hours to follow up on my appointment. They didn’t have the online time slot available because it was actually during their sales meeting. So I scheduled another time. They got all my details and let me know that a proper quote was going to take 90 minutes to talk everything through. Something just felt off so I did a little more research on the company and found out they overcharge for often poor workmanship and have very high pressure salespeople. I also looked at the Better Business Bureau website for complaints and they had plenty with them. I texted the number they used to contact me to cancel the appointment. I didn’t feel like explaining myself to a salesperson. Also, they had told me they would call to confirm the appointment, so I figured if they missed the text I’d let them know when they called. I then forgot about the matter. The time for the appointment comes around and a man pulls outside our house, he looks a bit agitated and we assume he’s visiting the neighbor or something. Then the doorbell rings. I realize he’s from Tundraland and ask my husband to let him know we cancelled, I didn’t feel comfortable. My husband lets him know and his reply is “so you don’t have a bathroom anymore or what?!” He left without saying “reach out if you ever need anything” or “have a good night” or anything professional. So I do not recommend this company.

We first had a shower installed several years ago. It was beautiful and I loved it. I called because the floor seemed to have an open space that wasn't supported. Someone came out and said it looked good. A year went by and the floor cracked, there were areas that had zero sub flooring beneath it. A replacement shower surround was ordered, this was one was not like the first pretty one I had. They explained that materials change, which I get, however, this one is not nearly as attractive, or sturdy as the other. Several months go by and my shower cracks, again. So I get another replacement. It was put in rushed, and it looks like garbage.
I hate my shower. I hate my bathroom. And I simply cannot afford to have it redone by someone else. I would not recommend Tundraland for a bathroom installation.
Their staff is pleasant. But I was inconvenienced two times because they didn't do things right. And I got a sub par product from the one I originally ordered. And this one just leaks onto my bathroom floor because the pan is super shallow compared to my original shower. I have one bathroom in my house, I saved up to have the shower done well. It's garbage now, and I have buyer's remorse.

The installer Jesse Ramsey was great. He eexplained everything very well. He worked almost 12 hours without taking any breaks, he made sure everything was perfect. I can't forget the plumber Austin he also was great. If I had to rate these 2 guys on a scale from 0 to 10 they would be a10++++. Tundraland is very lucky to have these 2 working for them
