We’ve had a great initial experience with the Tundraland remodel process. It was easy to reschedule our first couple of consultations when health issues popped up on our end. When we were finally able to link up with Nick, he was knowledgeable, personable and incredibly thorough and patient with us. We’re very much looking forward to the next steps of the process!

We had two bathrooms remodeled. A shower and a shower/tub combination. They look really good, however the installer did not finish the area where the wallboard had to be replaced and left us with a hole in the wall. We knew the wallboard would need attention, and our salesman said all this would be completed. We contacted customer service more than once, and finally someone came and put in some wallboard but did not finish the job. He said someone would be coming to finish and complete the edge caulking. Still haven't heard anything so contacted customer service again. Showers look great except for the unfinished edge.
However, Tundraland customer service has not been acceptable.
Our low rating is not about the Jacuzzi product but about the company not finishing the job.

Clair did a fantastic job helping us with design of our two bathrooms. Very much enjoyed our time with her. She is very knowledgeable.

We sat down with the intentions of hearing what Tundraland had to offer for our farm house bathroom remodel. We were impressed with the knowledge and education that Clair provided to us that not only did we sign a contract for our farm house, we also signed a contract to update our rental house. We originally booked this meeting when leaving Costco one day, so between the many discounts that Tundraland had to offer in addition to Costco, we were able to do both projects for a reasonable cost. Their warranties additionally give us peace of mind, should anything arise, we will be well taken care of. Thanks Tundraland!

The Designer that came to our home really took the time to explain the company and how Tundraland works to set up the best project for you. She came up with a great design that not only fits our needs, but also our budget. We are thankful for this opportunity.

Salesperson arrived on time, same day we called for a quote. We were both pleased with her presentation. Our confidence and impression with the bathroom product was good enough to get us to sign a contract. Installation is still 6 weeks out. We hope the finished installations live up to the sales pitch. Will definitely review on how it goes.

Mike Jefferson gave us amazing options and patiently walked us through design features that made us feel very confident and comfortable. We have time to decide and the freedom to make something work for our budget.
