They are a very expensive company stating they offer premium quality. We paid a hefty price for both windows and siding for our entire home.
1- windows: they use “insta-trim” to cover gaps for their mistakes in measuring window size needed. Each window has a different border and look different despite the window already having casing. It looks worse than if we had done it ourselves.
2- siding: they promised professional service with a specialized crew and presence of project manager during installation. None of those are true. The crew that comes is rude, unprofessional, changes everyday. And the crew that comes the next day tells you what the crew from the previous day did wrong. They destroy your flower beds and decorative bushes. The quality of the work is subpar. When you bring it up to them, they try to tell you it’s how the house was built. For example on of the last rows of the shingles that overhangs it is cut with a curve in it, while the border of the house is straight. They left an electrical wire fully exposed which several contractors have evaluated and deemed a hazard. They say they will come to fix it, but never do. There are large gaps that should not be there and actually compromise the waterproof integrity.
Service: they keep calling me to offer ne an evaluation for the exact projected they “completed”. I’ve called the service line several times and each time they say someone will get back to me, but never do.
All the good reviews are from offering discounts mid project. I highly do not recommend. It is a shame that their products appear to be good quality, but their attention to detail is lacking making the end result poor.
Perhaps this review will make someone call me since they care so much about their “5 star ratings”
Update: they called. Promised to get operations to call. They never did. I followed up with the customer service agent who is very kind. I sent pictures of the unfinished work and the poor detailed work. He apologized even more and promised some one would call (just as in their response to this comment). Never did.
