Galaxy surpassed my expectations! They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish, very professional. They worked closely with my association to get the required documents completed. They came on the appointed day on time and replaced 10 windows within 2 hours, with NO mess. Hours after installation, I thought I had an issue and they were quick to respond by offering immediate replacement. It was my error and I called back to let them know. I was quite pleased with their response should there’ve been a problem.I highly recommend them👍🏽👍🏽
Window Galaxy replaced my windows and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Fred is a very nice guy, knowledgeable, and cares for his customers. He answered to all my questions. Thank you Window Galaxy! I am thrilled with our new windows and more importantly the service provided by Fred, Zak and there entire team. The new windows look great, work great and were fairly priced. A minor issue on the finishing touches of installation was brought to their attention by us, and they quickly came back to assess and fix the problem- with a total solution that was above our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this team and use their services again myself in the future !
