Brian Elias, President of 1-800-Hansons, recently spoke about the success he has found in his partnership with Modernize. Hansons is the largest home remodeling company in Michigan and Ohio, focusing on replacement windows, vinyl siding, insulation, gutters, and roofing lead generation. What is your goal in working with Modernize?
“They get a good partner that obviously wants to purchase their service. What I get is a whole lot of people interested in my services because they know how to get leads.I appreciate that in my world because really, at the end of the day, I’m in the new business business. I’m always looking for something to help my business grow, and I’m lucky to have Modernize as a partner of mine.”
How has your relationship with Modernize evolved?
“Like all relationships, our relationship has evolved. Sometimes they grow together, and sometimes they grow apart. We’ve all had companies we’ve done business with where those relationships grow apart but Modernize is interested in my business and they want to see what they can do to help my business grow. That is their only goal. For that, I appreciate them which is why I’m here doing this video.”
How would you describe your relationship with Modernize?
“When I think of a relationship, I think of a marriage. All marriages have ups and downs, but it’s how they come together to build something. Although I’ve had very little ups and downs with Modernize, I can tell you this: The relationship gets stronger every year like a good marriage does.”
What is your advice for companies looking to grow through digital marketing?
“What you do is team up with a company who is going to be your partner, who’s going to be your friend, but they’re going to be your trusted advisor. They’re going to tell you how to spend your money wisely, so you get a whole lot of return on your investment. Because at the end of the day, that’s what you’re looking for.”

“Team. When I think of Modernize, I think of a really good team. They have hundreds of people working to make sure that I get more leads. For that, I love them”
