We will explore how homeowners are preparing and budgeting for their upcoming projects and finding their preferred professional. With us today to discuss these findings is Cassie Morien, Modernize’s senior content strategist and lead homeowner insights analyst. Here are some of those findings:
- 41% of homeowners plan to make additional home improvements in the next three months, in addition to their current Modernize project.
- 17% of homeowners plan to spend more than $10,000 on their upcoming project.
- 31% of homeowners pursuing a Modernize exterior project said they also plan to pursue an interior home remodeling project in 2021.
These findings are designed to help professional contractors, and remodelers better understand and serve prospective customers.
